Shipping policy

At this time, we are shipping to the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. If you are located outside of these countries, we are sorry, we cannot ship to you. We plan to expand our operations to more destinations in the future.

Your order may take anywhere from 4 - 12 days to arrive, depending on where you are located. There may be some extended delays during peak seasons. Please be patient, your order will arrive soon. 

We ship from multiple locations. If only part of your order arrives don’t worry, the remaining products will be delivered shortly. 

Shipments may be subject to carrier change to ensure proper delivery. All shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and other customs fees based on the current regulations and taxes. Please note - we have no control over this and are not responsible for any of these additional fees. Please allow additional time for packages to arrive due to possible customs delays.

All available shipping methods will be presented to you at the checkout. We are unable to change your shipping method once the order has been placed.
